We may collect your name, email address, your role, company name, and a password. When entering into an agreement with your company and during our business relationship with your company.
  • Transaction Information: such as your credit card or other payment information and authentication data when you subscribe to our Services. We do not directly process your credit card information and use a third party payment gateway as a payment processor.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, such as the features you access, the projects you create, and the data you store within the App. This data may include project names, task details, files uploaded, and communication logs within the App.
  • AI Copilot Interactions: We may collect information about your interactions with the AI Copilot feature, such as the prompts you provide, the suggestions it generates, and your feedback on those suggestions. This information is used to improve the AI Copilot's performance.
  • Marketing Information: such as your preferences for receiving communications about our activities, services, publications, and details about how you engage with our communications.
  • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, such as the device type, operating system, IP address, and browser type.


2. Use of Your Information

We use your Personal Data to:

  • Provide and operate the App and its features, including the AI Copilot.
  • Improve and personalize your experience with the App.
  • Communicate with you about your account and the App, such as sending you important updates and promotional offers (with your consent).
